Banned Books Reading Group
The DEI Committee invites you to its Banned Books Reading Group to discuss Where Colors Meet: A Tapestry of Black and White: Stories of Courage, Connection, and Transformation. Click HERE for a description of the book.
FYI: The book is not banned...yet! The ladies who shared their stories are from Palm Coast, FL. A few of them will be participating in the program for the March 22, 2025, General Meeting and share with us the creation of their group, SIS: Seeking Insights for Solutions.
For the book discussion, we will be meeting in person at the home of a branch member on January 19, 2025 from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. Please email our hostess for more information or to reserve your place. Bring your own beverages and a snack to share.

Again this year, Gold in Art Jewelers has donated a stunning piece for the drawing: the 18k gold bracelet pictured at right.

For each $10 donated, a card with the donor's name on it will be entered into a chance drawing. The winner's name will be drawn at our February 22, 2025, General Meeting. Donors do not need to be present to win; the drawing and the meeting are open to the public.

So, get your tickets and help worthy young women complete their undergraduate education...and maybe you'll win the bracelet, too!
